“I never thought about a sculptural and actually neither pictorial work. My work first of all is a work on colour which in a second time becomes painting and in case sculpture”. In this way Herbert Hamak talks about his works, which look such as coloured blocks of resin and looking at them it seems that chromatism grows over itself through infinite landscapes and layers. The colour grows and it changes in order to get a perfect balance between density and transparency, in which is important the relationship enveloping between art work and space.
